Below are 4 newfound photos of NWF Tribal Flags, dating I believe from the late 1890s. The first two show Sikh soldiers with captured flags. The third is labelled: “A GROUP OF MISHWANIS AMID THE RUINS OF SIRIKOT FORT” and the fourth “A GROUP OF UTZMANIS (WITH SOME OF THEIR AWAN ALLIES FROM THE VILLAGE OF BAIL) IN FRONT OF THE NARA MONUMENT (Muhammad Husaim Khan, a younger brother of the Khan of Khalabat is holding the stone referred to in the note opposite.)
